Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

Public standards for merchandise returns, made-to-order products, ticket refunds, registration refunds, event changes, postponements, cancellations, and force majeure.

Merchandise

Some KCS merchandise may be made to order. Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary.

Because made-to-order items may enter production quickly, cancellations, changes, returns, and exchanges may be limited except where required by law or where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Event Tickets and Registration

Ticket and registration refund rules may vary by event, ticketing provider, registration type, venue, jurisdiction, and event-specific terms.

Unless KCS states otherwise for a specific event, ticket purchases and registrations may be subject to restrictions once purchased, processed, or after stated deadlines.

Postponement, Cancellation, and Force Majeure

KCS may modify, postpone, reschedule, cancel, or adjust event elements for safety, venue, weather, travel, illness, production, operational, legal, or competitive-integrity reasons.

Refunds, credits, transfers, or access changes will be handled according to applicable law, the event terms, the ticketing provider terms, and any written KCS policy for that event.

No Automatic Refund for Lineup or Schedule Changes

Changes to matchups, dancers, judges, hosts, performers, card order, schedule, venue details, production elements, livestream availability, or rankings do not automatically create a right to a refund unless required by law or stated in event-specific terms.
