KCS Replay Pass

Replay Pass purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law, for duplicate charges, or when KCS cannot provide the purchased access after reasonable support efforts.
Replay access is a personal, non-transferable license for viewing through the official KCS website only.
Downloading, reposting, restreaming, screen recording, account sharing, and resale are not allowed.
Performer and promotional codes may reduce the price to $0, have no cash value, and remain subject to the same Replay Pass terms.
The KCS One Day 2 Replay Pass unlocks the released official KCS One Day 2 battles identified at checkout. It does not include ownership of any video file, future events, merchandise, live-event admission, or any content not expressly listed with the pass.
A completed purchase or valid promotional redemption grants the account holder a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream the replay through the official KCS website during the access period shown at purchase or in My Replays.
Replay Pass purchases are final. KCS does not provide refunds for change of mind, failure to watch, missed viewing time, unsupported personal equipment, poor internet service, account sharing, or a decision not to use the pass. Exceptions apply only where required by law, for verified duplicate charges, or when KCS cannot provide the purchased access after reasonable support efforts.
Replay availability depends on filming, editing, music and media review, final approval, rights review, and protected-player setup. KCS may delay, replace, correct, or remove content when quality, rights, safety, legal, or technical review requires it. Any material access remedy will be handled under these terms and applicable law.
Replay access may not be copied, downloaded, sold, rented, sublicensed, transferred, gifted through account sharing, restreamed, reposted, or shared with another account unless KCS gives written permission.
Screen recording, camera recording, clipping full rounds, restreaming, and uploading replay footage to another platform are prohibited. Public teaser clips may only be shared when KCS releases them as official promotional content.
KCS may use signed playback, short-lived viewing tokens, device and stream limits, account checks, domain restrictions, and visible buyer or session watermarking. Access may be reviewed, limited, suspended, or revoked when sharing, circumvention, reposting, abnormal playback, or other misuse is detected.
KCS may issue performer, sponsor, partner, staff, media, or marketing promotion codes. Codes may be limited by customer, expiration date, redemption count, campaign, or event. Codes have no cash value, may not be sold or transferred, cannot be combined unless expressly permitted, and may be revoked when obtained or used improperly. A 100% discount still creates a Replay Pass entitlement subject to these terms.
The account holder is responsible for protecting sign-in credentials and for activity under the account. KCS may require identity or email verification, limit concurrent streams, and revoke access connected to chargebacks, fraud, code abuse, credential sharing, or policy violations.
A refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or charged-back transaction may cause immediate suspension or revocation of Replay Pass access. KCS may preserve checkout, consent, entitlement, device, and playback records for fraud prevention, support, and dispute response.
Buyers should contact KCS support promptly after a verified access or playback problem. KCS may request browser, device, network, account, or error details and may provide troubleshooting, restored access, or another reasonable remedy when appropriate.
KCS replay footage, edits, graphics, audio, event branding, statistics, and related media remain KCS-controlled content unless another written agreement applies. Purchasing or redeeming a Replay Pass grants viewing access only.
KCS may update these terms for future purchases or redemptions. The terms version accepted at checkout is recorded with the order. Material changes will not be applied retroactively where prohibited by law.
These terms are subject to applicable consumer-protection and digital-commerce laws. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Contact KCS promptly if a purchased pass does not appear in My Replays or a verified playback issue prevents access.
