KCS aims to support reasonable accessibility and accommodation requests where practical and required by applicable law.
Attendees, competitors, staff, vendors, or media who need event-access support should contact KCS as early as possible before the event so KCS can review the request with the venue and event team.
Some accessibility services, seating, entry paths, parking, restrooms, security screening, or mobility accommodations may depend on the venue, ticketing provider, event layout, and local requirements.
Accessibility and accommodation requests should be submitted through the KCS Contact form as early as possible before the event.
