Terms of Use

Public terms for using KCS websites, digital platforms, event pages, merchandise pages, rankings, brackets, KCS Picks, and related services.

Version 1.0Last Updated May 24, 2026

Overview

These Terms of Use apply to Krump Championship Series websites, pages, digital features, public rankings, brackets, KCS Picks, event information, merchandise pages, media pages, and related KCS online experiences.

By using KCS platforms, purchasing products or event access, registering for an event, submitting information, receiving credentials, participating in an event, or interacting with KCS digital features, you may be required to follow these terms, applicable KCS policies, event-specific rules, venue rules, third-party provider terms, and applicable law.

Event, App, Ticketing, and Third-Party Providers

KCS may link to or use third-party services for ticketing, merchandise, payments, shipping, analytics, app stores, video hosting, livestreams, VOD access, email, SMS, social media, or other functions.

Purchases or activity through third-party providers may also be subject to that provider's terms, refund rules, privacy policy, and platform requirements. KCS is not responsible for third-party platforms except to the extent required by applicable law or written agreement.

Event Changes and Competitive Information

KCS events, schedules, matchups, rankings, brackets, judges, performers, hosts, locations, livestreams, media availability, ticket availability, production elements, and competitive formats are subject to change.

KCS may correct clerical, scoring, eligibility, technical, administrative, or rule-application errors when identified. Public display of data does not prevent KCS from correcting or updating official information.

User Conduct

Users may not misuse KCS platforms, harass others, submit false information, attempt to interfere with KCS systems, impersonate another person, violate event rules, or use KCS platforms for unlawful, unsafe, exploitative, or abusive conduct.

KCS may take action in its reasonable discretion based on the information available at the time. KCS may act immediately when safety, minor protection, event integrity, or legal compliance requires prompt action.

Written Agreements

Nothing in these Terms changes the terms of any written agreement signed by KCS. If a written agreement conflicts with these general public terms, the written agreement controls for that specific relationship to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Policy Updates

KCS may update these policies from time to time, and event-specific rules may supplement these standards.
