Penalty Flags

Judges or officials may flag issues during prelims, bracket battles, official 1v1 battles, or event operations. Flags do not automatically change a result unless the head official or event lead determines that an official deduction, disqualification, or other action is appropriate.

Penalty
Meaning
Crash
Major mistake, fall, or loss of control.
Repeat
Doing the same moves too much.
Bite
Clearly copying someone else.
Unsafe Contact
Physical contact that crosses the line.
Misconduct
Disrespect, threats, or unsafe behavior.
Corner Interference
Crew or others interfering with the battle.

Possible Consequences

  • Warning or corrective instruction.
  • Deduction or competitive penalty.
  • Loss of round, battle, score, or placement where rules allow.
  • Disqualification.
  • Removal from an event where permitted by law and applicable event terms.
  • Credential revocation, suspension, or ban.
  • Payment hold, reduction, denial, or forfeiture to the extent permitted by applicable law and any written agreement.
