Media & Livestream Policy

Public media, filming, photography, likeness, livestream, archive, sponsor, and content-use standards for KCS events and platforms.

Event Media Notice

KCS events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, recorded, archived, edited, distributed, and used for promotional, editorial, commercial, social media, broadcast, documentary, recap, ranking, judging, app, website, sponsor, purposes.

By attending or participating, individuals may appear in event media, subject to applicable law and any required minor consent.

Minor Media Protection

When minors participate, KCS may require parent or guardian consent for media use, impose limits on interviews or filming, restrict backstage or private-area recording, and remove or withhold content when appropriate for safety, privacy, legal, or community-protection reasons.

Future Digital Access

KCS may offer future protected digital access through KCS platforms or third-party video providers. Access may require an account, purchase entitlement, technical compatibility, and compliance with KCS terms.

Users may not screen record, download, redistribute, repost, sell, share account access, bypass access controls, or misuse protected KCS content.

KCS may use protected streaming, signed URLs, account controls, access expiration, and visible or dynamic watermarking where available.

Media Credentials

KCS may approve, deny, restrict, or revoke media credentials, backstage access, camera access, interview access, or content access when needed for safety, minor protection, event operations, privacy, or professional standards.
